What is the flavour of tea sold within the Tea Time Bliss gift box?

Our Tea Time Bliss gift box is curated with imported, loose fruit-flavoured tea in glass jars. The flavours are subject to stock availability. Check our social media to see current flavours.

When will my order ship?

Once your order is processed and boxed, our delivery partner will be notified for pick-up within 24 hours. You will receive an SMS or email once your product is shipped to the delivery address.

When will I receive my order?

Once the order is picked up, our courier partners will aim at getting your product delivered on the same day.

Can I make changes to the placed order?

Customization is only offered for our custom boxes, no changes can be made to the prepackaged gift boxes.

How can I return my order?

Orders once placed, cannot be returned. Exchange is only valid for prepackaged boxes.

Exchange is only valid for prepackaged boxes.

Within how many days should exchange the order, after receiving the product?

The order must be inspected as soon as it's delivered and if you wish to return or exchange it, you will have to inform the delivery partner to pick up the product.

Will I receive a refund for the returned order?

We do not provide a refund, but you can avail our Curato credits for returns.

Can I change the delivery address after placing the order?

Yes, within 12 hours of placing the order.

How do I look up my order history?

Log in to your account on the Curato website to view your placed orders and exchange requests under Order History.
